Hello, I am a student researcher looking into the Microns dataset. I was able to explore the synaptic data, and I am looking for a hosted version of the functional data database as well, similar to the synapses data. I searched but I did not find a publicly available URL. Could someone please help me with this?

Hi! The functional data does not have a hosted server for you to utilize. Instead, the entire database is available to download as a docker image that you can run locally. There are instructions linked to on the mm^3 dataset page on microns explorer (https://www.microns-explorer.org/cortical-mm3). Which will link you to here (GitHub - cajal/microns-nda-access: Provides instructions and Docker configurations for accessing the microns_phase3_nda schema and/or an isolated database container.) to instruct you on how to download it.
