Mouse slice dataset

Hi all,

I am searching for a dataset of brain slices of mice. I red the paper of the algorithm DeepSlice (Nature communication, 2023) that claims the following :
“… included 131k images from the Allen database of slide-mounted histological sections processed for in situ hybridization (ISH), immunohistochemistry (IHC) or Nissl staining.”

I am not sure how to get access to this datasets, the API is not accessible as I get a massage that the website is down, and not sure how to get both the images data and the annotations.

Any advice and help of how to access it?

Apologies for the delayed response. Are you still having issues with the API? What part of the website are you trying to access? We are doing some maintenance on our help pages, but I’m not aware of API outages at this time. If you let me know what you are trying to do specifically I can help troubleshoot.
