Hi,
I am trying to plot the ccf coordinates of each recording unit provided in the units_metadata.csv file in the template brain space. However, when I plot the VIS areas and the neuropixel coordinates in the same space, the recording units seem to be more anterior to the VIS areas highlighted by plot_ccf_meshes. Is there a transformation that I should do the shift the coordinates, or they are just where they are?
