Processed gene expression matrix for SEA-AD?

Hi there,

Are there plans to generate a processed gene expression matrix for the latest SEA-AD dataset? I noted it’s absence on the S3 bucket and explore page.

For example, the earlier Human MTG 10x SEA-AD explore page provides this for download.

Hi and thanks for your interest in the SEA-AD data.
Yes there are plans to generate processed gene expression matrices for additional brain regions. We are still analyzing a number of brain regions’ data so these are not available yet. We plan to release more of this data type in 2025.
