Web apps within our Brain Knowledge Platform are maintained and tested to ensure they work with the latest version of Chrome. These include:

  • Allen Brain Cell Atlas
  • MapMyCells
  • Cell Type Knowledge Explorer
  • Data Catalog

Other web apps built throughout the history of the Allen Institute are known to be compatible with previous versions of major internet browsers, including:

  • On Microsoft Windows 7
    • Chrome 61.0.3163.100
    • Firefox 56.0.1
    • Internet Explorer 11 1
  • On Apple Macintosh OS X 10.10.5
    • Chrome 61.0.3163.100
    • Firefox 56.0.1
    • Safari 10

Note: IE11 is supported, but not Microsoft Edge (default browser under Windows 10)
