The Allen Brain Explorer application is a great tool to explore brain anatomy and access data in the Allen Mouse Brain Atlas, Allen Mouse Brain Connectivity Atlas, and reference atlas for the mouse brain. Information on how to download and access the software is available here. Tutorials on how to use the software are available here.

Please note that the downloadable Allen Brain Explorer software will be deprecated in 2020 as the web-based version will enable data navigation and updated features.
