We have recently released a preprint study titled “Tera-MIND: Tera-scale mouse brain simulation via spatial mRNA-guided diffusion”. In a nutshell, we generated tera-scale 3D mouse brain(s) using spatial gene expression as the conditional input. Specifically, this is carried out by a novel diffusion-based GenAI approach.
