Autism ISH XML returns 500 error

Hi,

I’m trying to download the raw/quantified data for the ISH Autism Study.
When I click the XML link, it consistently returns a 500 Internal Server Error.

I’d really appreciate any guidance on this, or clarification on whether autism snRNA-seq data is available through the Allen Brain Atlas website, and if so, where it can be accessed.

Hi @noamiz,

Thanks for letting us know about the ISH issue. Someone will look into it shorty and we’ll report back when we have an update or it is resolved. Unfortunately, the Allen Institute does not have have snRNA-seq data sets from Autism donors at this time.
