Some additional information about raw data access for mouse and human can be found in this community forum post. To the extent possible we plan to make genome sequence data available for single cell and single nucleus RNA-seq experiments, either via open or controlled access, and we are currently in legal discussions with relevant parties about the best way to do this.
One final data set to call out is that raw data for the Aging, Dementia, and TBI Study is available through NIAGADS.
