Bvec and bval files available for human diffusion MRI?

Hi there,

I would like to run a tractography analysis on the highresolution diffusion MRI data from the BrainSpan Reference Atlas, specifically the 34 yrs human data due to the rare combination of with the Parvalbumin sections.

However, I was not able to find the b-value and gradient information, i.e., the bval and bvec files, which are necessary for tractography. The documentation doesn’t mention them either. Are these files still available somewhere?

I don’t believe, unfortunately, those are available at this point.

Any chance that the original DICOM data are still available? (the information should be retrievable from there).
