CCFv3 mask error

Hi,
I am using the Allen Mouse Brain Common Coordinate Framework (CCFv3) and generate the mask for outputting the signal. We noticed that there is an error of the area definition (as shown in the attached image) when we generate the atlas. Can we discuss how to fix this problem since we are going to publish the result. Thank you very much.

Hi,

Just chiming in. I am working on this issue too. Is there an opportunity to simply reflect the right hemisphere of this structure about the XZ plane? Or are the nrrd representations of the structures asymmetric? Thank you
