Download image stacks

Dear Allen Brain Map Community,

I have been trying to download stack data from http://celltypes.brain-map.org/experiment/morphology/ in the pop-up window. However, the download does not seem to start, we tried on different hardware and with different browsers. Is there a way to download the stack images?
We would be very interested in analysing synaptic distribution in the samples.

I’m experiencing the same issue and will bring this to our team’s attention. In the meantime, you might find the information in this post helpful: Cell Types Database API, particularly the Morphology section. You can access the image stacks via the API.
