I need to download high-resolution coronal Nissl sections of the adult mouse brain (the raw image format with imaging metadata for scaling). Is there a link where I can download the full set for systematic random section selection for stereological analysis? I will be using these images for stereological analysis using various software. If I can get a link to a download site, it would be fantastic where I can download them as .zip file. Thank you.
Hello, unfortunately I don’t think there is a way to get a .zip file, but you are able to download images through the AllenSDK API. Here are two pages of documentation that hopefully can help.
