Hi. Where can I find the coordinates for the 2P FOV, referenced to some anatomical landmark or the center of the cranial window? I’d like to get a sense for the distribution of the FOVs within VISP. Thanks.
All FOVs target the center of view as measured using ISI (Intrinsic Signal Imaging) so there is very little spread across VISp. Because of this, these coordinates are not recorded in the NWB files.
