Hello! I am studying the paper “Systematic Integration of Structural and Functional
Data into Multi-scale Models of Mouse Primary Visual Cortex”, and I am doing some reproduction work according to the guidance of the paper. I want to obtain the raster plot of GLIF point neuron model from the author of the paper to compare whether my raster plot is correct or not. How can I get the author’s raster plot about point model? In the body of the paper and the attachment, I only found biophysical model’s raster plot. If you can provide the raster plot of the point neuron network model. I’d appreciate it. I don’t know if anyone answered that question. I don’t know how to check the answer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much! My contact email: chenyi94@mail.ustc.edu.cn
Hi there! Thank you for your question and apologies for our delayed response. Just wanted to let you know that the lead author who can help you with this has been traveling and plans to respond to your email and this post within a few days.
Hi Chen Yi, I have connected with you by email to discuss details, but here is the main point that others may find useful.
The GLIF simulation outputs (spikes) are available in our Dropbox repository of the V1 model, which you can access from this webpage: Models of the Mouse Primary Visual Cortex - brain-map.org. In the Dropbox, navigate to the directory old_version/simulation_outputs/glif/, and you should see files with spikes from simulations.
