Hi, is there a way to associate mouse cell type aliases from the median clusters (e.g. columns from the transcriptomics explorer) with their associated Structure IDs? I would like to know where these cell types are present within the context of the defined structures that are available as SVG.
Hi @cornhundred, the closest we, currently, can get to relating cell types to structure id’s is looking at the dissection ROI. The annotations in the downloadable content for the dataset contain the brain region from which the cells were collected. The dissection roi names come from the mouse reference atlas . Knowing that dissections are imperfect these assignments might not be accurate but it is the best we can do without spatial transcriptomics data.
