I was wondering if the code of the projection detection module referenced in the TECHNICAL WHITE PAPER:INFORMATICS DATA PROCESSING is shared anywhere.
The white paper reads : “The image was transformed using the square root of pixel intensity to remove second-order effects. The resulting histogram was matched at midpoint to a template profile. Median filtering and large kernel low pass filtering were applied to remove noise.”
Particularly, I would be interested in knowing how the matching at midpoint of the histogram to the template was performed, which was the template, and the parameters of the median and lowpass filters that were then applied to the images.
