Hi there. I noticed that in the SEA-AD AWS Open Data Registry, all the hippocampus image stains have corresponding subregion masks for CA1, CA2, etc. in a folder called analysis_masks except for LFB image stains. I was wondering if there also happens to be corresponding analysis masks for these LFB images as well. Thanks!

Unfortunately, our team did not annotate and analzye the LFB images for the Hippocampal images, therefore there are no analysis masks for this region.
