The projection volume graph shows the amount of connectivity received by target structures from the origin (injection site). Near the bottom, the data is also available as XML. I am having trouble mapping the variable names. Which variable name in the XML corresponds to the structure + volume number in the chart?
For example, if the projection volume to MOp in a certain experiment is 0.0184 in the left hemisphere, which variable names in the XML give me this information?
