The ABC Atlas has been updated with new features and improvements!
Numeric Features
The ABC Atlas can now display continuous values for certain features. Our first numeric feature is the SEA-AD Continuous Pseudo Progression Score. This feature can be viewed and filtered in both the SEA-AD MERFISH and SEA-AD snRNAseq data sets.

And, in case you missed it, imputed gene data for the whole mouse brain is now available for download. Read more here. It is not explorable in the ABC Atlas yet, but will be soon. Stay tuned!
