The Allen Brain Cell Atlas (ABC Atlas) has been updated with new features and performance improvements!
New “About” tab in the Control Panel
It is now easier than ever to find descriptions and downloads for the data in the ABC Atlas. In the Control Panel a third tab labeled “About” offers quick access to the following resources:
- Summary details about the selected dataset and visualization with a direct link to the full Project Summary page in the Data Catalog
- Resources
- Link to the Community Forum ABC Atlas User Guide
- Links to download full data sets
- Controls and Keyboard Shortcuts offers a quick guide to helpful navigation tools
