I would like to download raw fastq files from the latest cell taxonomy. It appears that the nemo data archive housing the raw sequencing files is currently down. I believe this was planned, but would like to know when the data will be publicly available again.

Thanks for your question. This link has worked in the past, but I was able to reproduce the issue you describe. Unfortunately we’re not sure when this will be resolved and will contact NeMO - we recommend that you do the same! I’ll follow up here with additional details as we hear more from them.
