I just read the CellTransformer collaboration paper (UCSF-Allen), and thought it might be interesting to examine how the AI model’s region definitions align with discoveries I have made using the ABC Atlas dataset. Is there a plan to annotate the cell (meta)data to include the CellTransformer-defined regions, or to fold it into the existing data in any other meaningful way?
The CellTransformer paper used the ABC atlas data. If the authors haven’t provided the dataset I would contact them directly. You should be able to match the metadata based on the cell id’s
