Hello, I’m new to this area. I have register my own mouse data to Allen p56 atlas, and I just want to analyze some result in few of mouse brain areas. But the problem I met is that I cannot find a direct way to download the atlas parcellation. Is there some files (like .nii format parcellation) I can downloads to do this simple job? If not, how can I solve this problem?
