Deep Generative Mapping on your own machine

Hi,

Great tool! If I want to use the Deep Generative Mapping algorithm locally, how would I go about it?

It looks like the current version for cell type mapper on github only supports “Correlation Mapping” and “Hierarchical Mapping” algorithms.

I opened an issue on Github (#42), but wasn’t sure if I should ask here instead too.

Hi @crhodes

Unfortunately, the code implementing the Deep Generative algorithm is in a separate GitHub repository that is not publicly available outside of the Allen Institute. The only way to run the Deep Generative MapMyCells algorithm is through the we application.
