Is it possible to filter the results of a differential search by a gene?
Or alternatively, is there a way to download all the results in a single file?
To the best of my knowledge you cannot do either of these things. The download the data button allows for downloading data for up to 2000 probes/genes at a time. If you’d like to retain the results of a differential search for all genes your best bet will be to download all the data and process it off line (e.g., using R or Python).

How did you download the data? I’ve been attempting to download it into an xml file. But when loading the xml file into excel it returns no data.
