Downloading transcrip.tome file from mouse cortex+hippocampus dataset

Hi, I was hoping to download the transcrip.tome file for the mouse cortex+hippocampus dataset to have a play with it.
I am unsure where I can obtain the HDF5 file from though. in the download section there were a bunch of text files I could access but no tome files or zipped files as read me suggested there might be.

When I tried to download the main gene expression matrix file it gave me an access denied error…

Any help would be great. Thanks

Hi @Sang.Seo. As far as I can tell this issue has been resolved. Note that the matrix files are csv and not tome and that currently the readme reflects this. If you are still having issues, please reply again with a link to the specific page you are referring to. Best of luck in your research!
