Human GPi subset question

Hi, please feel free to delete this post if it is inappropriate.
I just received a reviewer comment that ‘many studies’ have shown there is no PVALB+/GAD+/LYPD1+ subset of neurons in the GPi in humans. I have analyzed the HMBA-10xMultiome-BG-Aligned database and to me it seems that there is a sizable subset of PVALB+/GAD+ neurons in the human GPi that also express LYPD1+. I’m not sure if anyone from Allen would be willing to confirm this for me that I have done the analysis properly. These are some figures I generated below. I am filtering to human GPi cells. Thank you for considering; but please again if this is inappropriate please delete.

More robust gate (PVALB, SLC32A1, GAD1 or GAD2 >= 1)
