Hello All, is there a way to obtain the CCF coordinates for the neurons in the MICrONS dataset or register the dataset to the CCF atlas? Thank you!

In the state there is an affine transform to bring it into CCF coordinates (copied below). You should study the input and output coordinate spaces and units to make sure you understand how the transformation should be applied.
