Are the striatal subregions defined in ‘Genoarchitecture and input–output organization of the mouse basal ganglia and thalamic parafascicular nucleus’ available as CCF volume masks?

Thanks for your request. We have made the basal ganglia and parafascicular nucleus subregions available for download. Please use the links below to access the updated region volumes and terminology lookup tables.
Note that the subregions described in Wang et al. have replaced the parent region in the CCFv3 parcellation. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
