Missing Basal forebrain areas in mouse reference atlas

I apologize, this is probably a very basic question and I am missing something, but I absolutely cannot find any of the basal forebrain areas in the mouse brain reference atlas except the medial septum. Clearly other nuclei have been defined in mice, because there are publications referencing them like this one: Cholinergic basal forebrain nucleus of Meynert regulates chronic pain-like behavior via modulation of the prelimbic cortex | Nature Communications . So how can I find the nucleus of Meynert aka nucleus basalis magnocellularis (NBM) or the vertical/horizontal subdivisions of the diagonal band of broca (Is this “diagonal band” in the atlas, but there are no subdivisions)? Thanks for the help and apologies for any naivety on my part.

Thank you for your question. Not every single brain structure/region has been annotated in the mouse reference atlas. If you know what parent structure those regions could be located in, then you can use that parent structure as an approximation for the brain regions that you are interested in.
