Where to obtain Continuous Pseuo-progression scores (CPS) in SEA-AD data

Hello team,

After reviewing the uploaded metadata and supplementary data for the SEA-AD data, I observed that the Continuous Pseudo-progression scores of AD severity (CPS scores) were not included. Would it be possible to have these scores incorporated into the supplementary data on BioRxiv or uploaded as part of the metadata on AWS/SEA-AD page?

Hello,

The CPS scores are included in the AnnData file on AWS per our changelog. We will include them in future Supplementary Data releases to make them easier to find/accessible.
