Hi, I am working on the human brain atlas data, but could not find the batch information for microarray gene expression. Could anyone advise how I can reach it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You are correct that this information is not available on our website at this time. For now, I have posted a link to these data HERE (which will be moved to a more permanent location when possible). The “barcode” column can be matched to the “barcode” column on the CSV link on the download page. The “vender_batch_id_string” column can be matched up to the “well_id” column in the “sample_annot.csv” files in each of the normalized data sets wrapped up by donor for MOST samples–unfortunately, batch data for a small fraction of these samples is currently unavailable.
