Hi, I have been doing two-dimensional imaging of the dorsal cortex of mice recently. I see from the paper that the 2D top projection atlas is obtained from ccfv3, but I haven’t worked it out for a long time. Do you have any good ideas?

The ccf_streamlines package can create 2D projections out of CCF-registered 3D data and contains files for the top views (along with other 2D projections). Depending on what you’re trying to do, it may contain resources you can use:
