The Allen Common Coordinate Framework version 3 for mouse brain provides an “average” mouse brain obtained by averaging together ~1700 mouse brains imaged using STP tomography.
I wish to access the ~1700 volumes to try to reproduce the CCF pipeline.
Is there any way I can access the data of the 1700 volumes of the mouse brains?
