Is there a way to map sulci/gyri based on the Destrieux atlas to more functional areas (e.g. dorsolateral prefrontal cortex)?

I have data based on the Destrieux atlas but want to identify the functional regions these cover. Is there a specific way to do this?

Hi Luke,

We do not have that information as part of Allen Brain Atlas data portal.
Given that the Destrieux atlas is available in 3D form, have you consider reaching out to the FreeSurfer or Human Connectome Workbench community to see if anyone has a mapping of the Destrieux atlas to a functionally based one (for example the multi-modal parcellation of Glasser et. al.)
