Currently two datasets are available:
- Mouse: 75,000 cells from across the cortex and hippocampus, analyzed with SMART-seq. Learn more about this dataset or review the protocols used to generate and analyze the data.
- Human: 50,000 cells from multiple cortical areas, analyzed with SMART-seq. Learn more about this dataset or review the protocols used to generate and analyze the data.
