I get what appears to be a web script error when attempting to download the metadata file in the Mouse Patch-seq VIS data. I am using the default selections (4284 specimens) and viewing in list mode.
When I select the Download button, and choose Metadata, I receive an error message stating “Can’t write specimen data, no associated README file”
Am I doing something wrong? How do I download this metadata? Much appreciated.

We are looking into why that error occurs, but in the meantime you can access the metadata for that data set in the file linked from this page in the “Downloads” table:

The script error is now corrected and downloading the metafile data from the patch-seq web browser interface is now working. Thanks so much for fixing that!
